It was almost lunch time. A chinese lady, who is a staff, came to collect her medicine at counter 16. My collegue, Hui, dispensed her medicine to her. While she was checking through the medicines, i interupted Hui and asked her something which i do not know how to solve, cos i was still new. The lady, being so impatient, said she only have 30mins, and asked Hui to just concentrate on 1 thing at a time. Fine...
After checking through the medicine, Hui just gave her all her medicines since she said she's rushing. The lady was frustrated and shouted at Hui, saying: "I'm not a medical personnel, shouldnt you tell me how to eat these medicine...just because just now i say you, doesnt mean u have to show your sour face to me...your attitude is very rude. I'm going to complain to the head...blah blah blah!!!"
I was just beside her, and i really felt so sorry for her. If not because i interrupted her, she wouldnt have get scolding. Felt really bad...
Anyway, after lunch, we continued our job serving at counter 16. As usual, it's busy like any other Fridays. Towards the end of the day, Hui told me that someone dropped us a note, compliment us for our good work and patience. Hui said she didnt get to see the person's face, not sure it's a guy or woman cos it was very crowded. SHe said the person just stretch out the hand through the small window and dropped that piece of note.
