The hospital does not have stock for Vitamin C for a very long time. Whenever the doctor presribed vitamin C, we'll ask the patient to go outside and buy. A patient came to counter 16 today and asked me how to claim back money for Vitamin C. He told me that according to dunno what "surat pekeliling", pensioner should getVitamin C for free. Since the hospital does not have stock, he needs to go outside and buy. Therefore, he wants to claim back his money for the vitamin C he bought because a pensioner should not have to pay.
One of the senior dispenser told him cannot claim back. It's just Vitamins.!haha.

First week of January
New year, new beginning, new atmposhere, new patner...
1st week of January...I'm still stuck at OPD, but with a different patner. Hui has been rotated up to IPD. Now, i'm with E. Since she has not been in OPD before, i have to teach her all the stuffs i know. Working along with a new patner has its pros n cons...if your patner is friendly and helpful, then you're lucky...but if your patner is selfish and arrogant, you're in dead trouble. hehe...
My new patner...hmmm...she's helpful, knowledgable and always want to get things done quickly...but sometimes too quick till kelam-kabut...hehe.
Anyway, schools have started and everyone is busy with their work. Patients no longer "holiday-ing" in the hospital anymore as the number of patients each day has decreased "drastically". Now, counter 16 is quite peaceful...no more fussy and demanding patients..."YET"...and i do have time to actually sit down and chit-chat during my work. ( Last month was really so hectic till i couldnt even have time to sit, just stand the whole day except during lunch time!)
Nothing much happened this week...but the most tiring day was Monday (5/1/09) as i worked till 7pm. Crazy! Thanks to the "someone" who did not clear the pigeonholes, so all the Rx came out with no number!
Hopefully it wont happen again!
