An indian lady came to Counter 16 and showed me her Rx. She asked if she could collect her medicine since she was a few days late ( the date written on her Rx was 16/12/2008). I told her she has to line up and take number. Then she asked me what does " Ubat-ubat yang tidak dituntut, sila ambil dari kaunter 16" means. I explained to her that "it's for patients who has taken the number, but didnt want to wait, so they can come back other time to collect their medicine at counter 16". Later, she asked me if i could just get the medicine for her as she didnt want to line up. It was quite a long q at that time. i told her i can't as counter 16 gives priority for old ppl and OKU, so i asked her to line up. She was very unhappy.
Later, a chinese guy came to counter 16 to collect the medicine which was out of stock at previous days. I did it for him, gave him the medicine and he left.
The indian lady came back, showed me her Rx again. I told her she has to line up. She didnt want to line up and asked me how come i give the chinese guy his medicine. So, i had to explain to her... blah blah blah...in a very nice tone. But, she argued back and said her medicines were also out of stock that day. IMPOSSIBLE! all the medicines on her Rx are always in stock in OPD and there's no "NIL" on her Rx. So, i told her that i'll check for her...just pretending ler...hehe
After checking at the computer, i told her she didnt come collect her medicines that day, it's not because it's out of stock. She was not saisfied and she said: "oh like that lar...so u just help your own ppl, chinese only isit...fine...i understand!!!" She walked off...reluctantly...
Issshhh....cant imagine somebody accused me just like that.!!!! Whatever!
